Taco Pie
During my childhood, there is one meal that will always remain my favorite and that is taco pie. It's so good that I now make it for my family and our extended families request it during special gatherings! This is VERY easy to make and even the kids like it because you top it with Doritos. Enough talking, let's get cooking!

Preheat the oven. Turn on your oven (on bake) to 350 degrees. Take out your 9x13 pan and grease the bottom and the sides.
Collect ingredients. Brown your hamburger. Once the grease is strained out, add your package of taco seasoning and water (start with 1/2 cup, but add more if needed) and mix together.
Layer your pie. Open your crescent roll and press the rolls down in your 9x13 pan. Put a layer of crushed Doritos and 1 cup of cheese on top of the crust. Top with the meat mixture and spread sour cream over the meat. Cover with cheese and crushed chips (to your liking).
Cook your taco pie. Place your pie in the oven and cook for 30 minutes. If the cheese isn't melted all the way, leave it in for a couple more minutes.
Serve hot plain or with toppings. Enjoy!
