Pumpkin Spice Chaffles
Updated: Aug 22, 2020
Hi all, my husband and I just tried a new Chaffle flavor and wow!!! Since fall is right around the corner, we thought we’d better try a pumpkin flavor... game changer for sure!

If this is your first time making chaffles, please read the Plain Chaffle recipe as I go over what is a chaffle and what tools you'll need.
Preheat your waffle maker. You want it hot so that when the batter is placed on the pan, it will start cooking right away!
Collect ingredients. For the cheese, I do the thicker shredded cheese, but fine shredded works as well, however, it will become more crunchy if you go this route.
Mix ingredients. Mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl with a fork or spatula.
Cook your chaffle. Spoon the mixture onto two of the waffle grates and close the waffle maker. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Cooking tip: You are going to see a lot of steam because of the cheese. That's VERY normal!
Once your chaffle is done cooking drizzle some sugar free syrup, whip cream, and a little cinnamon. Enjoy!
