Low Carb Turkey Chili

Chili is one of my favorite foods to have on a nice cool day, but when you are on Keto, there are certain ingredients you just can't consume. I found this recipe about 10 years ago, but I've customized it to be low carb. It is quite delicious and it satisfies my chili cravings. Let's get cooking!

  1. Take out 8 quart or larger pot and place in on the burner, medium heat.

  2. Cook pepper, onion, carrots, zucchini, and turkey in 1-2 tbsp of oil (avocado or olive oil).

  3. Once cooked, add chili power and the next 6 ingredients.

  4. Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring every so often.

Serve warm, and top it with cheese and sour cream to your liking. Enjoy!

Low Carb Turkey Chile Recipe

Course: Main

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20-30 minutes


1 cup pepper (any kind)

1 cup sliced white onion

1/2 cup sliced carrots

1/2 cup sliced zucchini

1 lb. ground turkey

1/4 cup of chili powder

3/4 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

2 cans (14 oz each) diced tomatoes - 1 is typically diced tomatoes w/chili's

8oz tomato sauce - no added sugar
