Low Carb Turkey Chili

Chili is one of my favorite foods to have on a nice cool day, but when you are on Keto, there are certain ingredients you just can't consume. I found this recipe about 10 years ago, but I've customized it to be low carb. It is quite delicious and it satisfies my chili cravings. Let's get cooking!
Take out 8 quart or larger pot and place in on the burner, medium heat.
Cook pepper, onion, carrots, zucchini, and turkey in 1-2 tbsp of oil (avocado or olive oil).
Once cooked, add chili power and the next 6 ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring every so often.
Serve warm, and top it with cheese and sour cream to your liking. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 cup pepper (any kind)
1 cup sliced white onion
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup sliced zucchini
1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 cup of chili powder
3/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cans (14 oz each) diced tomatoes - 1 is typically diced tomatoes w/chili's
8oz tomato sauce - no added sugar
