Keto Sausage and Veggie Crustless Quiche


My husband and I decided to make an egg dish this morning that I found online, but with our little twist. It was easy to make and it tasted amazing!!! Let’s get cooking!


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. In a 10.5 inch cast iron skillet, over medium heat, brown the pork sausage in a dab of butter.

  3. In a 7.5 inch cast iron skillet, over medium heat, sauté your peppers, mushrooms, and spinach until soft.

  4. Once the pork sausage is cooked, add the cubed cream cheese and stir together with the sausage until the cheese is fully melted.

  5. In a bowl, add your eggs and heavy cream. Whisk together.

  6. Add your veggies to your sausage and cream cheese mixture and stir evenly.

  7. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and veggies. Shake your skillet a little bit to get the eggs to move towards the bottom.

  8. Sprinkle with cheese.

  9. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

Serve warm and enjoy!

Ingredients:

1lb pork sausage

8oz cream cheese, but can be done with only 4 ounces

6 eggs, cage-free

1 cup heavy whipping cream

8oz cheddar cheese, grated

1/2 cup fresh baby spinach

1/2 cup peppers

1/2 cup mushrooms
