If you are looking for a dough substitute and your not a fan of using cauliflower, then this one may be the one for you! You can use this dough for pizza crust, garlic bread, and even lasagna noodles. Let's get cooking!
Collect ingredients. This dough only takes 4 ingredients; almond flour, egg, cream cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
Mix ingredients. In a medium bowl, microwave the cream cheese, and mozzarella cheese together for 90 seconds, stirring half way at 45 seconds. Stir in the almond flour and beaten egg to the cheese mixture. Knead with your hands until the dough forms.

Serving Size: Enough for 1 large pizza and a pan of lasagna
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp. cream cheese
3/4 cup almond flour
1 egg (beaten)
Cooking Tip: For the pizza and lasagna, I do put a splash of garlic and Italian seasoning to give it a bit of flavor.
